Important Info & Aftercare

Pre-Treatment & Consultation

A patch test and consultation are strictly required 48 hours before your first session. Individual results may vary based on age, lifestyle, and medical history.

Medical Contraindications (Who it isn't for)

This treatment is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant/breastfeeding, or those with pacemakers, heart conditions, active thrombosis, diabetes, epilepsy, auto-immune conditions, or active skin infections (psoriasis/eczema) in the treatment area.

Essential Aftercare

The Anti-wrinkle injections usually take around 7-10 days for the effects to show, and 2 weeks to fully come into fruition.
The injection site should heal quickly, so you must avoid rubbing the area where the anti-wrinkle injection was injected as it can irritate it, prolong redness and even causes brusing.
Avoid strenuous exercise and applying makeup in the first 4-5 hours minimum following the treatment but we do recommend 24 hours
It is advised not to fall asleep or lay facing down on your front to allow the anti-wrinkle injections to settle for at least 4 hours after your treatment.
Avoid alcohol, aspirin, NSAID pain relievers and any other blood thining products as these all increase your risk for bruising or bleeding. These should be avoided for 24 hours pre and post-treatment.
Avoid heat and sun as these can inflame your skin causing prolonged swelling and redness. No sunbathing and/or tanning beds, or heat lamps for at least 24 hours after your injection.
If you do need to go outside in the sun wear a hat and/or SPF 50 to protect your skin.
