• Bruise Prevention: Avoid consuming alcohol for 24–48 hours beforehand. Pause blood-thinning supplements (such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Vitamin E, Ginkgo Biloba, and Fish Oils) 5–7 days prior to lower the risk of injection-site bruising.

• Active Skincare: Stop using harsh topical treatments or retinols 3 days prior.

• Cold Sore Check: If you are prone to cold sores around the lips or face, inform your practitioner so a preventative antiviral can be started.

This treatment is not suitable for individuals with any of the following conditions:

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
