Booking & Cancellation Policy

We want every visit to Beauty by Rajni to be an experience worth looking forward to. To help you make the most of your appointment, we send courtesy reminders by text or email in advance.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.

No-shows & same-day cancellations

If you do not attend your appointment or cancel on the day without notice, the full treatment fee will be charged.

Late arrivals

We will always do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that late arrivals will be charged for the full appointment time originally booked, and your treatment may need to be shortened accordingly.
