We provide a reminder service via text or email to help remind the client of their appointments. A minimum of 24hrs is required for a cancellation, or a 50% charge will apply. Late arrivals will be charged for the full amount of the treatment booked and completed according to the time originally booked. If you do not attend your appointment without notice or cancel on the day then a 100% charge will be applied.
