Set out below are the terms on which Beauty By Rajni provides service to its clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them prior to booking any treatment.
REFUND POLICY
Beauty By Rajni laser does not offer refunds for trenre advised not to continue with your course of treatments, please obtain a medical record report from your doctor. If you have used any sessions then this will be deducted from your refut includes nts.
Cancellation Policy
A session will be redeemed or a charge will be applicable for candidates who do not provide 24 hours’ notice. Depending on whether you are on a course of treatments or purchasing a single session:
- If you give 24 hours’ notice no penalty will be incurred
- If you cancel less than 24 hours or do not show up for your booked appointment, then you will lose that session
Your appointment is very important to the Beauty By Rajni team and is reserved especially for you we understand that circumstances may change and booking amendments may be necessary, therefore we respectfully request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Strict 24-hour cancellation policy
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment within the 24-hour cancellation time we miss the opportunity to fill that time, therefore customers awaiting appointments miss the opportunity to receive our services. A 48-hour appointment reminder is sent via email as we understand that appointments may have been made in advance. Since the appointments are made individually for you, a cancellation fee will apply
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the treatment
“No Shows” will be charged at 100% of the reserved service amount.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Please notify us before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are you are pregnant.
