• Patch Test Required: A mandatory patch test for the tint or henna formula must be performed at least 48 hours prior to your first treatment to rule out allergic reactions.

• Grow Them Out: For the best results, leave your brows untouched (no plucking, waxing, or threading) for at least 3–4 weeks before your appointment.

• Skip Self-Tanners: Avoid applying fake tan, gradual tanners, or intensive facial oils to your face for 3 days before your session, as they can cause the tint or henna to turn an unexpected color or fade unevenly.

• Arrive Clean: Please arrive at your appointment with a clean, makeup-free face, paying specific attention to removing all brow pencils, powders, and gels.

This treatment is not suitable for individuals with any of the following conditions:

• Positive reaction or irritation during the patch test.

• Active skin infections, open cuts, or severe eczema/psoriasis around the brow area.

• Recent chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser resurfacing in the facial area within the last 2 weeks.

• Severe conjunctivitis or eye infections.

• Keep Them Dry: Keep your brows completely dry for the first 24 hours (for HD Brows) and up to 48 hours (for Henna Brows) to allow the color and shape to properly lock in. Avoid swimming, heavy sweating, and steaming showers.

• No Oil-Based Products: Avoid oil-based makeup removers, cleansers, or heavy face creams on the brow area, as oil will break down the tint or henna much faster.

• Avoid Direct Heat & Sun: Do not use saunas, steam rooms, sunbeds, or expose your face to direct sunlight for 48 hours. UV light can prematurely fade the pigmentation.

• Hands Off: Avoid rubbing, picking, or over-brushing the brow hairs. Refrain from applying active anti-aging products (like retinols or exfoliating acids) directly over the brows.
