Endolift

Endolift is an advanced, minimally invasive laser treatment designed to lift, tighten, and contour the skin, without surgery. Whether you’re targeting sagging skin, fine lines, or small pockets of fat, Endolift delivers remarkable results with minimal downtime.
Endolift is a cutting-edge laser procedure that works beneath the skin’s surface to:
  • Stimulate collagen and elastin
  • Melt away small, stubborn fat deposits
  • Improve skin tone, texture, and firmness
A hair-thin, single-use optical fibre is gently inserted under the skin, delivering targeted laser energy exactly where it’s needed. The result is a natural lift and enhanced definition, especially in delicate areas like the jawline, neck, and under the eyes.

Key Benefits

  • Fat reduction. Targets localised fat for a more sculpted look
  • Skin tightening. Boosts collagen for visibly firmer skin over time
  • Smoother texture. Improves elasticity and refines the skin surface
  • Natural contouring. Helps define features such as the jawline and cheekbones
  • Revitalised appearance. Stimulates circulation for a healthy glow

How Endolift works

Endolift uses a dual action approach. Selective photothermolysis gently heats and liquefies fat to contour the area, while photobiomodulation stimulates deep collagen production to tighten the skin. As your body naturally clears the liquefied fat and rebuilds collagen, you see progressive improvements in firmness, tone and shape over the following months.

Important Info & Aftercare

A consultation is required before your first treatment, so we can assess your skin, review your medical history and set the right laser depth for the areas being treated. To get the best result and reduce the chance of bruising, please follow the advice given at your consultation, which usually includes:

  • Avoid alcohol for 24 to 48 hours before treatment
  • Avoid blood thinning medication and anti inflammatories such as aspirin and ibuprofen for a few days beforehand, unless they are prescribed, in which case speak to your practitioner and your doctor first
  • Avoid sun exposure and sunbeds in the run up to treatment, and do not come with a fresh tan or sunburn
  • Arrive with clean skin and no makeup on the area
  • Tell us about any medication, supplements or health changes since your consultation

Individual results develop gradually over three to six months. This treatment is for over 18s only.

Endolift is not suitable for everyone. Please tell us at your consultation, and do not book, if any of the following apply. This is a guide, not a full list, and your practitioner will carry out a proper assessment.

  • You are under 18
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You take blood thinning medication or have a bleeding disorder
  • You have an active skin infection, cold sore or inflammation in the treatment area
  • You have a history of keloid scarring or poor wound healing
  • You have uncontrolled diabetes
  • You have an autoimmune condition or a weakened immune system
  • You are taking photosensitising medication, or are using or have recently used Roaccutane or a similar isotretinoin treatment
  • You have very tanned or recently sunburned skin in the area
  • You have an undiagnosed lesion, mole or skin change in the treatment area

If you are in any doubt, speak to your practitioner or GP before booking.

  • Sleep Elevation: Keep your head elevated with an extra 1–2 pillows for the first few nights to naturally drain excess fluid and calm tissue swelling.
  • Cooling Compresses: Apply cold compresses (wrapped in a clean cloth) for 10–15 minutes every few hours during the first 24–48 hours to soothe the skin.
  • Gentle Skincare: Do not apply makeup for 24–48 hours until the tiny micro-entry points are safely closed. Use only fragrance-free, gentle cleansers and barrier creams; avoid retinols and acids for 7 days.
  • Activity & Heat: No strenuous exercise for 5–7 days. Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, and direct sun exposure for 1 week. Avoid facial massages or facial treatments for 3 weeks.
